To Our Elected Officials:

We, the good people of the United States of America - traditional, conservative Republicans, Democrats, Independents, and Libertarians -   wish to hereby exercise our rights found in the first amendment:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech,
or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to
petition the government for a redress of grievances."

We wish to petition the government for a redress of grievances in the form of this letter:

We elected you to represent our traditional, conservative values, and we feel that you are
not representing those values anymore. Our Declaration of Independence
states:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that  
among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness".

We were born with unalienable rights given by our Creator, which pre-cedes government.

 And yet you, who represent our government, have ignored our beloved Constitution and have denied us our rights by continuously subverting the Constitution. And you do so in all three branches of the government.

 "We The People" have given you the privilege to serve in public office, and you have instead violated your oath to defend the Constitution.  You no longer serve us – we now serve you - this has to end and it has to end now!

You are beholden not to us, as you should be, but to special interest groups and lobbyists. This is unacceptable and we demand that you uphold your oath to the Constitution and serve the People who pay your salaries.

The Bill of Rights restricts the government, not the people, and we are demanding that
action be taken toward less government, fiscal responsibility, monetary reform, tax reform, reform and/or removal of entitlements, freedom of education, freedom of speech, and
freedom of religion.
 

We are being threatened by terrorists who want to kill us; we are being threatened by unsecured borders that allow people to come here illegally; we are being threatened by socialists, and communists who ultimately want a one world government.  These are great hazards to our security and sovereignty.  You have been hired to protect us from these threats to our way of life. And yet you have done virtually nothing to that effect.

America was founded as a Republic, not a democracy. We do not want
Socialism or Communism in America. We do not want to become like the European Union, or a third world country.  Corporate America is forcing the demise of the middle class in this country by sending their factories overseas, hiring illegals and advancing the NAU with no congressional oversight.  If you don’t stop them we WILL become a third world.  We WILL end up as a nation made up solely of rich elitists and their servant class.  No thank-you.

We long for America to be that "Shining City On  A Hill". The America our Founding Fathers fought for, the America that many millions have shed their blood for. Freedom is not free, it comes with a price.  Americans who sacrificed their lives paid that price so that all of us could live free.  We demand that you honor their sacrifices and protect America's sovereignty and freedom.

We demand that you take measures to protect our country from nuclear attack with systems such as President Reagan’s Strategic Defense Initiative.

Your most important job is to protect us – do so WITHOUT taking away our freedoms.

We are at war with terrorism. We demand that our military be given the tools to win this war. Multi-culturism and political correctness will get us all killed. When we go to war we must go with the intent to win. We are no longer willing to engage our troops in a politically correct war. A war where the only tolerance being practiced is tolerance for the enemy.

In the words of Gregory Koukl:

“Most of what passes for tolerance today is not tolerance at all, but rather
intellectual cowardice. Those who hide behind the myth of neutrality are
often afraid of intelligent engagement. Unwilling to be challenged by
alternate points of view, they don't engage contrary opinions or even
consider them. It's easier to hurl an insult--"you intolerant bigot"--than
to confront the idea and either refute it or be changed by it. "Tolerance"
has become intolerance."
 

 We demand that our Military be taken care of in all ways, and be given the tools they need to complete their jobs. We also demand that our Military not be sized down and cut. STOP using our money for unconstitutional entitlements!  Use our money to WIN wars, not prolong them.

"We The People" have the right to bear arms and will not surrender our guns
to anyone. We demand you uphold our 2nd Amendment right to bear arms. Stop restricting that right, as you did with the residents of New Orleans during Katrina, who were only trying to protect their property during that very chaotic and trying time. How does this happen in a free country?

We demand the UN be reformed and if it is not reformed, then
abolish it and find some other effective means. The UN has proven to be
ineffective, corrupt and a failure. Deal only with countries that have
free democracies, countries that practice human rights. We demand that you stop
giving OUR money to countries controlled by dictators and tyrants.

 We demand freedom of worship and freedom to exercise our traditional values without the fear of being censored. It is a part of our American Heritage and it is in our Constitution yet you allow organizations like the ACLU to systematically strip away our rights to freely exercise our religions in public forums.

We demand freedom of property. The Supreme Court does not have the authority to give the private sector the right to take an individual’s property away from him or her.  Where are the checks and balances that were put in place by the writers of the Constitution?  There are three branches to our government.  One branch does not supercede another. When did the Supreme Court become the final authority in this country?

We demand that our judges stop legislating from the bench and interpreting
laws to fit their agendas. Our Constitution is not a living document to be reinterpreted at the whim of each passing generation. Our Declaration of Independence declares our right to “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”. Period! These are rights given by our Creator, NOT our servant government.

We demand justice for evil-doers who commit violent crimes, and especially for those
who harm any of our children. No more “restorative justice” for pedophiles and sexual deviants.  Why should their rights supercede the rights of victims?  We demand
justice be served for their despicable acts.  Let the punishment fit the crime. Judges should not be allowed to sympathize with child rapists by giving easy sentences.

Our schools are being run by liberal unions and special interest groups. We demand these groups be ousted and the schools be given back to the parents who are paying for them. We want the right to choose what public schools our children attend through the voucher system.  We will no longer tolerate our children being indoctrinated into immoral value systems.

We demand funding be denied to any college or university that denies equal
access to ROTC programs or military recruiters.
There is nothing in our Constitution that says government has the right to control our
education. Our Constitution demands you remove all federally controlled
funding and oversight in education.  Leave this to the states.

We demand that Planned Parenthood be ousted from government and given back to the
private sector. Our taxes should not be used to promote sexual promiscuity
to our children, handing them condoms, and performing abortions without parental consent.  Where did our servant government, whether it is local, state, or federal, get the right to dictate whether or not parents should know if their underage daughters are having abortions?  You didn’t get that right from US!!   WE will raise our children – NOT YOU!!

 
We demand from government anything that is considered to be traditionally immoral - not be supported through the use of our taxes.  Examples are:

Leave these value systems for the private sector to deal with. They should be free to practice whatever immoral value system they want. We won't bother them in the private sector, and they need to STOP bothering us by forcing their agenda down our throats with our own tax dollars!  You have no right to legislate THEIR morality, at OUR expense! The silent majority is speaking to you right now - in this letter - we are traditional in our values, and we pay the majority of the taxes. Immoral value systems do not belong in a publicly paid-for venue such as Congress.

We do not advocate a theocracy, but we demand a return to the Judeo-Christian values upon which this country was founded. All races and religions will always be welcomed in our country but not at the expense of our heritage.  No one has the right to deny us our godly heritage.  We will no longer allow you, our servant government, to abandon or ignore our traditional values.

We were a country with morals, values, and standards.  A country with integrity, honor and a heart that said "Do unto others as you would have others to do unto you". A country where President Kennedy’s words rang true, “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.”  We want to be that country again!  And it starts with you, our public servants!

We demand reform - Entitlement reform, Tax reform, Monetary reform, Social Security
reform, Medicare/Medicaid reform and Welfare reform. We demand that our servant government get out of the pockets of special interest groups and lobbyists. We don't want any
more "Pork Kings and Queens".  Federal social programs and federal income tax are UNconstitutional.  We demand action!!  Get the job done! No more excuses.

 We demand our country become energy independent.  One of your priorities should be initiating alternative energy sources so that we are no longer at the mercy of the Middle-East and dictators like Hugo Chaves.

We are very aware of the fact that our monetary system needs to be
re-hauled, as we understand that those who are controlling the money are also
controlling the government. Here is one proposal for such reform by Patrick Carmack:

MONETARY REFORM ACT

 "To restore confidence in and governmental control over money and credit, to
stabilize the money supply and price level, to establish full reserve
banking, to prohibit fractional reserve banking, to retire the national
debt, to repeal conflicting Acts, to withdraw from international banks, to
restore political accountability for monetary policy, and to remove the
causes of economic depressions, without additional taxation, inflation or
deflation, and for other purposes."

We demand that you either abolish the Federal Reserve or remove it from the private sector. Don’t think for one minute that we are fools.  We know the Federal Reserve is not government controlled. 

We demand to be set free from the bondage of inflated government, because
our Constitution demands it. We will not settle for anything less. 

We demand less government NOW!!!  We demand fiscal responsibility.
 
We demand secure borders.  We demand that all immigrants come here legally. We want
our existing laws to be enforced.  We will no longer accept illegal immigration of any
kind. We demand all immigrants assimilate into our American Culture and learn English. The gifts immigrants bring from their cultures add variety and diversity and help make America great - but should in no way, turn us into a balkanized nation.  We are ONE America with ONE culture – THE AMERICAN CULTURE!

We are aware of the attempt to create a “North American Community", and we are
also aware that  your pursuit of this globalist agenda will lead us into a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada. 

We know that this globalization is being perpetrated by corporate America and you are enabling them with your inaction.  Be warned, you servants of America; We, the American people, will NOT be ruled or controlled by corporate America any more than we will be ruled or controlled by you.  And if you do not take the steps necessary to stop this elitist class of tyrants before it is too late, you will effectively wipe out the middle class in this country. There will be nothing left for our future generations but a class of wealthy elite and their servant populace.

 

We demand that you protect America's sovereignty and do not dissolve the
United States into the North American Union. We will not surrender US sovereignty to
anyone. Period.

We The People of the United States of America leave you with the words of this unknown author:

 
"There is nothing wrong with equality, that each individual person has the
same as the other; but if the government is the one responsible for seeing
that equality happens, if government creates equality, it must become
despotic to do so. It steals from you to fulfill inappropriate ends and it's
got to feed itself, and as it feeds itself, it gets bigger and hungrier and
it gets more expensive to feed it. Now we have an animal out of control."

We are warning you that any representative from either side of the aisle 
who is not standing for traditional values, will be replaced.  We will no longer accept  REPUBLICANS IN NAME ONLY!  We will no longer accept communists who masquerade as Democrats.  We will only vote for those who truly represent our conservative/traditional values. We will not take anything less. YOU no longer represent the kind of government that is mandated by the Constitution. And WE will no longer accept government officials who live like royalty and movie stars!  You serve us!  NOT the other way around.

We are the American people.  We are traditional, conservative, republican, democrat and libertarian. We will give our full support only to those representatives who come forward
and stand for what we have declared in this letter. You who refuse to represent us will be systematically removed from office through the power of our vote.

Be warned that the American people have finally had enough! We will revolt against a tyrannical system just as our Forefathers did, if you leave us no choice.
